Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Pier was friendly, professional, and readily available whenever we had a question or needed anything. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beach, a convenience store, Starbucks, and Ocean Drive, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We really appreciate the great hospitality and will definitely make this our go-to spot when we return!

I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent—right in South Beach and super convenient for getting around. The staff was truly outstanding and made a great impression. They were so attentive, always sending messages to check if I needed anything, and their responses were consistently fast and friendly. On top of that, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at The Fifth Hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the beach and all the stores, restaurants, and attractions along the strip. Everything was convenient and made our stay even better. I stayed here for 5 nights. It was amazing! Room is very clean and well-kept. The staff are very friendly and responsive to requests. Very convenient location from the beach, yet very affordable. They also provide beach items (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.)

The Fifth Hotel is a basic, very clean hotel in a great location on Collins Avenue. We stayed the night before our cruise, and the electronic check-in was super easy. Our room had double bunk beds, so the kids each had their own space. There was no TV or refrigerator, but there was a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and multiple USB charging ports. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was very helpful. At checkout, the manager even went to another property to get us a stapler for our cruise luggage tags. We really appreciated that extra effort! If we take another cruise from Miami, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good, the walls & door seem to be pretty thin because a ton of noise gets through. Pretty much all hours of the night you can hear everyone leaving & entering their units. Great price for South Beach so I can't complain, I would stay here again!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was one of the best parts of our stay. It’s very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy South Beach without having to travel far. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and other attractions within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated how well the property was kept. The location was perfect for enjoying Miami while still having a comfortable place to return to after a busy day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend The Fifth Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Miami Beach. We would happily stay here again!
