Easy walk to the beach and top notch dining and cocktails. Enjoyed hanging out in the pool area, which was green and comfortable, felt like a calm oasis. Are already considering a follow-up stay next time we’re in Miami. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The condition of the property was unacceptable. There was paint peeling and falling from the ceilings, the carpets appeared dirty and poorly maintained, and there was no ice available on our floor, which was inconvenient. The restaurant attached to the hotel had a strong sewage odor, making it unpleasant to dine there. In addition, there was dirty water on the floor in common areas, creating an unsanitary environment. The pool area was also lacking basic amenities, as there were no umbrellas available for shade. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. One of the male hotel attendants acted as though our questions were an inconvenience and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for assistance. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service expectations. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made."
