"The check I process was easy and they got us in an upgraded room quickly. Loved there were two pools. Staff was attentive but not overly. Lots of places for shade. Beach was so easy to access. Elevators were very busy around breakfast. Ice maker was broken but they delivered ice to the room. Comfortable bed. Loud kids in the hallway just one morning (didn't love that. It was busy with kids compared to other places in Miami I've stayed at). Hot but small shower. On site breakfast was awesome!"

"I love this hotel -everything from the vibe, to property and the staff. Also the breathtaking views from the suites. I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is my hotel of choice. I look forward to many more stays. The only very slight disappointment was that this time the jacuzzi on my suite would not work. I look forward to my next stay in December!"

"The one thing that I have to mention about this hotel is their water pressure. Almost all hotels have little water flow and little pressure. It is normal, but this only hotel got the biggest water flow. It was amazing to take a shower that was more comfortable than own home. I have never seen a hotel with the water flow. It was so comfortable "

"This hotel is exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about it. I had to return home to Miami because my mother died, and I was honestly struggling. Andrea at the front desk was amazing. She was so kind and calm and reassuring. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I was made comfortable and welcome everywhere we went. The whole staff was kind and amazing. The property was clean and smelled spectacular everywhere we went. It was all very wonderful. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know. And thank you to Andrea for being such a kind and beautiful human being. "

"Everything was great staff amazing the only thing that I’m not happy with is the wait to get my security deposit back I’ve had mine refunded with in 3-5 days from hotels around Miami on this trip and I’m still waiting , been back home in uk for nearly 2 weeks and no sign of it "
