"Hotel stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived at 5:30am. The ENTIRE STAFF was warm, friendly, inviting, and most of all, helpful. The ocean view suite was well worth the upgrade at it overlooked the pool as well. Hotel sits right on the boardwalk giving direct beach access. Didn't get a chance to experience the pool (limited time) but saw maintenance scrub the water line daily before opening. The entire hotel was pristine. Close by a Publix, convenience store, liquor store, drugstore, and multiple restaurants, this hotel is my new go-to while visiting Miami Beach. "

"Will be coming back. On the beach. View from room is nothing special unless you upgrade to the ocean view room. But ur rarely in the room. Amenities included with room fee is SO worth it! Breakfast very good. Staff great! Loved my stay. Coming back! "

"There was a small issue with our key card not working, but as soon as we told the front desk, they reset it right away and even walked us back to the room to make sure it worked. The service was top-notch. Everything else was perfect!!!! "
