"Elevators did not work for most of our stay. Pool bar was closed almost the entire week. The only friendly staff was the bartender. She was great. Hotel was big clean and the first day housekeeping woke us up to clean the room, all the rest of the days they told us they don’t clean automatically you have to let them know. Well we didn’t tell them the first day so it was confusing. It’s almost like pulling teeth to get someone to be friendly around there. They should be extra friendly as nasty as the rooms and the property was. Definitely needs some remodeling"

"Love the location the staff was very friendly I had a side view ocean view room. The balcony was extremely small. Still enjoyed seeing the ocean. You could only have a couple people stand on it. Definitely pricey I have two picky kids. Breakfast cost me and my husband just the two of us $60 And for one beer and a plastic cup martini was $29 So we went elsewhere for food and drinks"

"It smelled so bad like sewer we didn’t even stay at the hotel absolutely nasty and I won’t be booking my next trip using this app in the slightest!!!! So disappointed and me and my gf got married so what a great hotel to remember"
