"I rarely ever write reviews and travel all the time. The amount of investment that went into this property and what they’ve done with it is mind blowing!!! Every aspect was 5 Diamond (not star). We will be going back again and again. From valet to all staff they were over the top. They have about 4-5 floors open now and are renovating all the old rooms! Don’t let any bad reviews fool you as this place is AWESOME!!!!!"

"Toilet didn’t work or flush when I checked in. The main tv room lights did not work as well. I called the front desk and service desk around 15-20 times without answer. I tried the stop the toilet water from running but was unsuccessful. I checked in around 8 pm on a Wednesday. It seems they were short staffed and not prepared to deal with any service issues at this time."

"No parking available had to park far away, room was messy with bugs in the bathroom, dirt was on the bed when I first went in, coach was sticky, cups were not cleaned"

"Check in was 4pm but they didn’t have my room ready till 5:16pm then a gentleman staff member at the front desk told me I had to wait in the long line again even though I already did the pre check in I told him I just need my keys he rolled his eyes at me and said hold on he was annoyed with me but they are the ones giving me the room late he could have at least apologized for that but that didn’t happen and then he came back and gave me one key I asked if I could have two at least like every other hotel resort does and he said no they ran out. If he worked for me I would have fired him on the spot that’s unacceptable behavior towards guest. Anyone would have not liked that experience. Other than that the resort is beautiful and very clean the room was very spacious and the rest of the staff was amazing. Ps: to management you really should only have professional employees working that front desk. "

"The beach was right in front of hotel w/easy access. The rooms were clean and spacious. The cafe in lobby has over priced food and drinks. The coffee was terrible. "

"The hotel was within walking distance from the beach which was a total win! The room was clean and the air conditioning perfect! They provided beach towels which was a plus! It is located close to restaurants and the Miami bus line that was easy to use. Over all it made our 4 day stay fun and affordable! We did not drive so not to sure about the parking. There is a small kitchen setup in the room. Overall worth a short stay. Thanks for making our stay great!"
