"My room was spotless, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, but the bartenders and servers truly stood out—they were phenomenal. Beachside food and drink service was a first for me, and it was such an amazing experience. The food at the on-site Baleen restaurant was also excellent, and valet parking made everything incredibly convenient."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was friendly and truly went above and beyond. Lauren, one of the bartenders at the outdoor pool, was amazing—she recommended a few items from the menu, and everything I tried was delicious. The waitstaff who helped me with towels and setting up my umbrella throughout the weekend were above and beyond and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The lovely lady at the café was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The beach was stunning, and having a balcony to wake up in the morning and listen to the ocean was incredibly relaxing—it honestly felt like a dream. The hotel is currently remodeling some areas, and I’m really looking forward to going back and experiencing the spaces that weren’t quite ready yet, like the restaurant in the main hall. Overall, the entire experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely go back"
