"Very bad reception at the hotel, very unfriendly staff, Noisy and Dirty environment "

" give you some feedback, love the staff, however the cleaning staff did not have lysol, or any real cleaning products, windows were never cleaned with windex, we had to spin rotate the mattress, the safe too small, look up my bill, room 1709-1, needs the front slider fixed, kitchen floor is dirty, no filter on micro wave, furniture all broken or damaged in living room, couch is junk, the deck furniture was black with soot, stained my white shorts, toilet flushing mechaism needs to be replaced, rugs were disqusting, no art, the vaccumm used is old and ineffective, we had to clean our own room wipe down the handles and all surfaces by our own cleaning products, I have spent a few weeks with you before and we had to change rooms each time due to lack of maintenance on doors toilets , sinks, it got to be updated in the suites, getting tired, bed was ok once we spun it.Richard Parnigoni 3/25-3/4 2026 ps Avis , vlad, donnie, and franco were great, whoever is th property maintenance manager needs to hire inspectors to go through and check everthing,Bed curtains, doors, floors are cracked in the evevator hall on seventeen, with a hole big enough to trip on with High heels, evevators are dark, and doors are the slowest, need to be repaired, I am also very frustrated with the condition of the beach elevator, I am handicaped and it was a challenge to get to the beach thru the garage and with all the construction noise inside and outside the buildings,call me if you want. "We opted for the street view side of the building and still got some beautiful ocean in sight from our room window! Staff were wonderful and attentive. The amenities are currently being improved, but the pool and beach access were perfect for our stay. "

"It’s hard to believe this is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are small and dated. We found some insect in our bathroom. They have only 1 or 2 working elevators at anytime and you need to wait for sometime. There was a lack of amenities that I thought would be complementary. For example I left my tooth brush and had to buy one in the store instead. Small things but at the price point it doesn’t quite add up. Dining was good, this was a highlight, several great waitstaff including Daniel. The beach access is incredible, they set up your chairs a towels and you can order drinks. Housekeeping, waitstaff and beach staff were amazing. "
