"Arrived to check in. No crib in room despite request being confirmed. This was 8pm with a 1 year old traveling with us. Arrived to the room and the AC wasn’t working. In fairness they fixed it as fast as they could but it was past 930pm when it all got sorted. Experience at restaurant was poor the following day. Extremely slow food average and definitely not equipped for families meal requests. Pool only had 3 umbrellas and couldn’t get any more. No bay changing facilities anywhere so once we had checked out we were out of luck changing diapers except finding a quiet corner in the floor. Overall just a little disappointing. Nothing hugely disastrous but you expect better"

"Ideal location in the Deco district. Easy walk to park and beach area with bike and pedestrian paths. Room with separate kitchen/dining area and outside small patio area with table and chairs. Comfortable bed, clean rooms and linens. No staff on premises, easily accessible by phone/text. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I come back to Miami."

"Is OK to stay one or two nights, the pool and the Gym are Ok but not to fancy. The parking is perfect a lot of room"

"Hotel is great overall; lovation is jnbratable; beach exvellentyand so was beach service. Bathrooms/tiling need updating. Service staff at restaurant need better training. HVAC unit in room very loud. Room service not very efficient; one day we waited until almost 4:30pm and another day until 6pm to have room serviced."

"This is the second time staying here. We were in the West building this time. Same type room as main building, same great amenities. Great hotel for the price!! We will be coming back again. "

"I rarely ever write reviews and travel all the time. The amount of investment that went into this property and what they’ve done with it is mind blowing!!! Every aspect was 5 Diamond (not star). We will be going back again and again. From valet to all staff they were over the top. They have about 4-5 floors open now and are renovating all the old rooms! Don’t let any bad reviews fool you as this place is AWESOME!!!!!"
