"The customer service was very good. The location is excellent. Very good!"

"The rooms are beautifully renovated and the lobby is beyond gorgeous! Beware when booking because this hotel is located on the busy Collins street. It was not an issue for me as I sleep with earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper this is not for you. The staff is generally friendly. However, we asked for a simple candle for our son birthday and they all looked at us as if we are asking for the moon!"

"The hotel appears to be understaffed. Had to wait in line at coffee bar in the morning for 20 minutes because only one attendant. Requested fresh towels twice when we had none, but never received. Only one person working front desk when trying to check out. Discarded room service tray stay outside our door for over 24 hours. Made a special request with front desk that got botched. Just very frustrating and they were not receptive to my complaints."

We stayed here with family and I want to say it is not family friendly absolutely no kids activities; only one pool and it was super dirty) the hotel rooms had half of amenities not working ..: we were really disappointed and honestly we will not stay here again!"

"The hotel is in a good location with rooms overlooking the ocean and the city and it is very nice but it was not very clean. The curtains in the room are dirty, the curtain in the bathroom is torn. There were three of us but there were only two bathrobes and two slippers, there was also no bed for the sofa but only a pillow and a blanket without a sheet. The frying pan in the kitchen was old and torn, so it was impossible to use it, the toaster was broken. The cleaning lady once put wipes for removing makeup and the second time she didn't put them, also with coffee. There was also a printer with computers but there was no paper for printing. In general, it is normal but these little things spoiled the overall impression a little."
