The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. "

"The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. "My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover. The positives: the AC was cold and quiet, toiletries were good, the TV was large, and the southern Intracoastal view was beautiful. Everything else fell short.
