"They are currently doing some updates and renovations but that was made clear before I booked. Honestly I barely noticed as the bigger/noisier work appeared to be mostly done so I benefitted from fresh paint and updates! Room was big, clean, and quiet - even when the boardwalk music outside was loud! Furnishings were basic, but comfortable. Lots of closet space if you're an unpacker! Simple kitchen with small fridge & stove, sink, coffee maker, and basic cabinet supplies included. Patio was a lovely bonus to be at the beach without the sand, but there were also beach chairs to take down when you wanted. Only negatives: It is up a flight of stairs without an elevator - this was fine for me, but would be a challenge for some. Also, there was no bathtub in my unit - only a shower - but also this was completely fine with me! Neither of these things took away from what I needed, but I wanted to note it for others if that is important to you."

"Marriott so don’t expect to get the Marriott….. this hotel offers zero parking. You either have to stay at Margaritaville’s parking garage or find a place on the street and Pay city overnight parking. If you move your vehicle you’ll have to repay. If you’re on a motorcycle park like a pirate that’s how I do."
