"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their work. Room was clean bed was very comfortable, air conditioner was great. The only issue I had was no hot water in the bathroom sink and shower just warm enough to take a shower. "

"I could not have asked for a better stay! Costa Hollywood is beyond a beautiful resort in such a great area. The Broadwalk is right there, with plenty of great food options. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Housecleaning came and reset our room for us mid-stay and the room was also clean when we arrived. The couch had some wear on it, but we didn’t use it much and it did not take away from how wonderful our experience was. Our room was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom without us asking, which was so kind! Mari and Jennifer were fantastic. The pool was clean and heated, and it was the best part of our stay. I would 100% stay at Costa Hollywood again. "

"Very nice hotel but the rooms are on the small side and there really is no place to hang out so basically a spot to sleep. Excellent location and friendly staff!"

"Overall it was a pleasant stay in a mostly clean room. The bathroom was rather dirty, it you close the door when you're in the bathroom you can see the buildup of dust and grime below the electrical box and on the towel shelf. The bathroom could definitely use more towel racks and hooks to hang stuff. And a much brighter light. The floor in the the main room was pretty dirty, my bare feet turned brown after walking around. This room could also use more hooks and a luggage racks. It's not convenient to keep a suitcase on the floor. On the plus side, the room was cool and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. Proximity to the beach and the broad walk is great. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The resident cat, Cheetah, was so cute."

"Well the bed was actually comfortable but a few things were a little strange, there is an air vent in the shower, and there is a joining door to the next room, be sure it’s locked. You are just outside the board walk, there is limited parking out front, it was hard to get to, there is a parking garage that is locked, but it is 2 flights of stairs to get to the lobby, so check in and ask to go through the parking lot to the door inside by the security parking. And then the elevators no stairs that way. Other wise you’re going to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs with no elevator. Ask at the desk what’s the best way to avoid the stairs. The security guard was very nice to let us know this before we did that. THANK YOU Mr. security guard. Also we eat at the cafe club, not recommended, very expensive and we waited for ever to get our food. And it is special stuff not a full breakfast like Dennys or Ihop "

"I would rate my experience at 2 stars. While I appreciated that the room was clean and the air conditioning was new and functioned well, several issues impacted my stay. The kettle, microwave, and oven were not working. Additionally, while I appreciated the offer of free beach chairs, the ones provided were old and broken. I also found it difficult to get assistance, as the reception office frequently closed early or opened late. The highlight of the stay was the excellent proximity to the beach, which is only a few steps away. I would also note for future guests that nearby restaurants tend to be quite expensive."
