"Studio at the Seagull needs minor updating. Entrance to room on corner of building is awkward. Good for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very close to the beach which was a plus. If it weren't for the long brunette hair I found in the bedding and the fact that there were no beach chairs or beach towels as amenities I would rate this place much higher. "

"Was a horrible hotel from check in to parking to horrible room. The only good thing was how close it is to the beach. Very rude customer service at check in. Almost 0 parking. No cups or dishes. Coffee pot but nothing to pour it into. Air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t sleep but room too hot to turn it off. Empty shampoo and conditioner bottles but set up as new. I never leave bad reviews to anyone but this place was super expensive with lots of add ons not advertised. Lots of better places for the same price. They really did suck"

"This hotel has much fluff and no substance. There was no place to park to unload luggage and despite being told there was parking, for a fee, upon check-in, I was told that I may have to find my own parking lot because it had been a very busy day at the beach. The shape of the second floor hallway made it very challenging to navigate the luggage dolly. Our bathroom sink kept backing up and it was impossible to set the shower’s water temperature without actually getting into the shower and either getting scalded or hypothermia. On a brighter note, there was a 72 inch tv in the tiny room!"

"Nice close proximity to the beach. Loud outdoors, but slightly loud fan made it more quiet. We liked the outdoor bar at the hotel, the live music on the evening. The only negative was that the office was not open during the hours stated. We got there in the evening and it was locked with no instructions when the sign said it was supposed to be open."

"Nice proximity to the beach. I liked the beach hut bar and live music. The front desk hours, however, were not as advertised. The sign in front of the office said they were open from 9 am til 10 pm daily. When we arrived, it was evening but well before 10 pm. The office door was locked with no note about what to do. We got in to our room by talking to the bartender. When we arrived a second time in the morning, after our cruise, the office was locked, even though it was supposed to be open at 9 AM.. again, no note about what to do. A woman did come out to help us minutes later. I just think there needs to be better communication."

"A scam. Cancelled on me on the day of the trip, then wouldn't answer my calls or voice messages, and also charged me for the stay. Stay away at all costs, this is a scam. "

"Partial ocean view for my room was great! We had a balcony and was facing the ocean. Our room was also over the 11th floor pool deck. "
