"This is honestly one of the worst stays I have ever had. 0 stars. Would do negative stars if I could. Poor girl was working that awful place by herself. If she is not the owner , she should run far far away to another job. Dirty, worn out, disgusting facilities. Keys didnt work, the clientele is also sketchy."

"Studio at the Seagull needs minor updating. Entrance to room on corner of building is awkward. Good for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very close to the beach which was a plus. If it weren't for the long brunette hair I found in the bedding and the fact that there were no beach chairs or beach towels as amenities I would rate this place much higher. "

"Was a horrible hotel from check in to parking to horrible room. The only good thing was how close it is to the beach. Very rude customer service at check in. Almost 0 parking. No cups or dishes. Coffee pot but nothing to pour it into. Air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t sleep but room too hot to turn it off. Empty shampoo and conditioner bottles but set up as new. I never leave bad reviews to anyone but this place was super expensive with lots of add ons not advertised. Lots of better places for the same price. They really did suck"

"Partial ocean view for my room was great! We had a balcony and was facing the ocean. Our room was also over the 11th floor pool deck. "
