"The room was nice but the view was not what I expected. The bedroom area also did not have good ventilation so we relied on the living room area to bring cooling to the bedroom. Also, I tried to explain this to the front desk and called but they never answered the phone. I went to the front desk the next day and spoke with a clerk at the counter who only provided me an email to contact the supervisor instead of allowing me to speak to a supervisor while on the property."

"The room was clean. The view of the beach and Broadwalk was very nice. The windows need to be cleaned better. We did not use the oven because the door did not open properly. It may need to be replaced. Other than that our stay was enjoyable"
