"Great hotel"

"We stayed 5 hours. Checked in and then checked out 5 hours later. Adult building 2 bedroom accommodation - feet were black from dirty floor, toilet paper dispenser was broken so toilet paper roll kept falling on the floor. No one fixed it after we showed housekeeper the problem and were told they would fix it. TV remote didnt work and no one fixed it when they said they would. Most disappointing was the security. Our bolt lock didnt block anyone from coming into our room with the code. I understand the code is the same code for anyone occupying that room. So the previous occupants, could come back if they wanted. I tested the dead bolt lock only to learn that anyone having the code can access the room even with the dead bolt lock engaged. Lastly, anyone from the street can come to my room door and knock. No security as anyone can access the hotel!!! I felt very unsafe and checked out but was charged for one night stay which I am going to fight for a refund. I simply checked in, left, came back, used the toilet, and left when I felt unsecure. I didnt use the bed or shower. If the room was secure, I would have tolerated the dirty floor and asked them to wet mop it. And I would have made sure they fixed the toilet paper dispenser and tv remote. I had to find another hotel at 10:30PM so was charged for the new hotel and this one. WRONG!!!!"

"The property was updated. It looked very nice. When paying that much for a hotel I do not expect to sleep in a brick. The hotels pics online show a beautifully remodeled hotel, but they forgot to finish. The mattress was absolutely horrible, my husband and I did not sleep at all through the night because it literally was like sleeping on a board. If u are looking for a good nights sleep please think twice. Also there was a generator right outside of our window that ran all night long and was very loud. Not the stay I want at the end of my vacation when I need to sleep good to get up and catch a flight very early in the morning."

"We absolutely loved our stay! We arrived from our flight way early and the staff manager was overly accommodating and helped us feel right at home. We loved the location, further down the strip but it was so convenient. We used the pool and beach all day. The hotel restaurant and staff was amazing. Shout out to Steve the bartender. Lots of couples and families. Facility is beautiful with just minor repairs needed from wear. They even gave us a day pass for the final day as our flight out was super late. I can’t recommend them enough."

"Everything was great and she get top beer at the bar and fix the elevator button on the beach elevator for the first floor and the pool water was very hot"
