"Had to pay for valet parking- they did not help with luggage or anything else besides parking the car. Hotel was dated. Small room. Kids couldn’t use bathtub bc old/ dirty in appearance. Lots of extra fees I was unaware about. Also Expedia said $10/day to use. Hotel said it was only $10 period and it was a one time use at the sit down restaurant only."

"No beach view. I overlooked a parking lot. Disappointed. Coffee makers broken and wall outlets at Ned’s didn’t work. "

"Pros: The location is amazing, 2 blocks from the beach and some nice coffee shops and restaurants. The room was clean and attentive staff. Cons: The rooms need some serious maintenance. There is next to no seal and a healthy gap around the doorsill so you hear every single thing and people talking in the hallway as if the door is wide open. The AC unit is also extremely loud and wakes you up when it cycles during the night, so I eventually turned it off. I just wish there was a bit more invested into comfort of the rooms for what was otherwise a very decent budget stay in a quaint neighborhood by the beach. "

"The staff was great, but the room(s) were in bad shape. Sliding door lock looks like it was jimmied 10 years ago, would not lock. Bad enough we slept on top of the covers... I haven't seen a bathroom this old since junior highschool in the 70s..."

"the room and bathroom were very clean , we didn't cook while there but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked . Excellent location , quiet but near great choices of restaurants . We enjoyed touring the Bonnet House next to the resort. The traditional style decor was classy and well maintained. "

"Not worth the money. Plus pet fee of $250/night is insane. Room was outdated and carpet could use a deep clean or renovation. Hallways super noisy at night. More of a party hotel "
