"When we arrived, the lobby was packed with over 100 people waiting to check in. Apparently this hotel is a regular stop for cruise lines to host a short day for their guests. The lobby is very LOUD It makes it difficult to sit next to and chat with anyone. Everything happens in the lobby. The food restaurant and the bar are in the same area along with a small café kiosk. Option for eats is extremely limited. There is a pool on the second floor that maybe seats 25 people. But no one told us about it until the end of our stay. The layout of the hotel is extremely confusing. We thought time on the beach would save this trip, however, the condition of their private beach was extremely poor and poorly taken care of. Cigarette butts,debris and just general unhealthy sand to walk on was everywhere. The staff seemed extremely laxed in their care attention to the building. The cleaning staff had more fun smoking pot in our hallway than they did taking care of their guests. This included the staff that delivered food to the room at 8 PM last night. He was so stoned he gave us the wrong bill and then insisted that it didn’t matter just sign it and give him his tip. Our room was clean, and our view of the marina was very nice. I will give kudos to the incredible valet leader who was amazing and helping us navigate around being we weren’t going to stay and hang out here, which was our original plan. The lady at the breakfast kiosk was extremely kind and all by herself trying "

"We used Uber, so we did not park our car. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. We had just gotten off of a cruise and was flying out the next morning. They let us check in early. It is such a beautiful hotel and the pool is amazing. "

"location is the best. it's the closest stay you can get, in the middle of the action, day and night, without having to pay a hotel chain prices. also very close to the free water shuttle stop, free shuttle bus to beach, and to the bus station that has a direct line to Sawgrass premium outlet. the only complaint is the noise level. the door lock is very loose so any noise from the outside, especially the rowdy guests coming back from their late night, is heard. the ceiling fan makes noise. the fan on the AC is loud. the walls are thin. not sure why 2 nights in a row, our TVs turned on by itself when the remote control was far from the bed. so wear earplugs and eye mask. the linen and towels are not of the nicest quality but it is what it is. I would definitely come back to stay again."

"The Manager’s Happy Hour has gone downhill the last couple of years! Seriously, carrots and pretzels! The breakfast was ordinary as well. The room was good as usual, but the water pressure in the shower was awful!"
