"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience quite disappointing, especially considering the price point of nearly $300 per night. For that rate, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly maintained. The bathtub had visible stains and the shower curtain was also marked and looked unclean, which immediately made the space feel unhygienic. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel, particularly at this price level. Another issue was the lack of housekeeping. There was no room cleaning service provided for the first three days of my stay. Even when the room was eventually serviced, basic amenities such as bottled water were not replenished. Overall, the stay felt very basic and did not match the premium price being charged. With better attention to cleanliness and consistent housekeeping, the experience could be significantly improved."

"Hotel was nice, staff were friendly, appreciated the shuttle service from the airport but the driving not so much. Could just be the person who picked us up though. I'm sure there are better drivers on staff."

"Staff is always great and we continue to stay at Riverside. Alan was fantastic with our last 4 stays accommodating us. Location, Boathouse restaurant make this a great location for our pre and post cruise hotel each and every time we stay in Fort Lauderdale"
