"I stayed at this hotel last October and gave it a 5-star review, but my experience this time was disappointing. While the room itself was clean and the bed very comfortable, the hallway leading to the room had a stained rug, which detracted from the overall impression of the property. I was also surprised that bottled water was not complimentary unless you have a special membership. In most hotels I’ve stayed at, bottled water is provided for all guests, so this felt like an unnecessary limitation. The staff was pleasant, which I appreciate, but this felt like the expected standard rather than something exceptional."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Had a bit of trouble getting hot water in the shower. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Airport shuttle was complimentary, Port Everglades shuttle available for fee. Breakfast was complimentary but the day we went there were way too may people it was like a zoo and no where to sit so we just walked across the parking lot and could choose from Denny's or McDonald's. Overall despite the negative couple of things, this hotel is in an ideal location and very convenient and we would stay here again."
