Excellent front desk and manager. Valet pick up services was very good. Accommodating and great communication. Terrible service at the restaurant. They don’t care about you because gratuity is included. Don’t bother with bunch. The Japanese restaurant closer to the beach has a better brunch. The view is better, food is better and your drinks are included.

The staff very unhelpful and not polite. Gave us the room 2 hours after check in time. Nothing to cook in the apartment. Toilet and sink clogged. Elevators took 25 to 30 minutes to arrive. Very expensive for what they gave me. Bathrooms filthy. Many other guests were complaining too. I will never come back.

Great location on the beach. Tough to get use to the wrist bands, parking, elevators. The poolis great, the restaurant was very good and the building is superb,,,, one problem, sorry to say, a lot of the staff spoke NO english at all.
