"I got there earlier and even though the room was ready, they wanted to charge me $50 to enter room at 12 pm. I asked if I can use a bathroom and they told me, they did not have a bathroom. I explained I drove 3 hours and still they did not accommodate me. There wee 2 men in lobby sleeping. While in the room, there was not iron not hair dryer and when i requested they told they are not that kind of hotel. the place smell bad, the staff is not professional and i don't recommend this hotel to anyone"

"Our stay at WoodSpring Suites in Miramar for F1 weekend was disappointing. While the check-in agent was helpful, the room left much to be desired. The bed was an uncomfortable spring mattress, and the pillows were stiff and clunky. The AC was loud, which didn’t help with sleep quality, though the room was at least clean. The worst part was checkout: at 8 a.m., no one was at the front desk—just a roll-down gate. There’s no staff after hours either, so if you have an issue, you’re on your own. We had to call a number from a wall phone, but no one answered. Overall, it’s a low rating from us."

"This location was convenient to everything...good food, gas stations, and shopping! We loved it. And for someone who is highly allergic to feathers - putting in a request to have a feather-free room and actually having a feather free room is something that then night manager was 100% on top of! I can't thank him enough. This is the first hotel room in years where I've check all pillows and all were 100% polyester! Congrats on doing what others cannot! Kudos!"
