"This hotel needs a facelift. The lobby and our room both look like something out of the Sixties. For the lowest priced room costing $338, the bathroom had a small sink with no attached counter space! The shower was inside a bath tub rather than a walk in shower, which bathtub users might like but I found old-fashioned. The amenities were okay, with two bottles of water and a small refrigerator placed on the floor. It was very clean and our room was quiet."

"I called for over 30 minutes when I arrived for the shuttle to get us and no one answered. I even called the 800 number and they could not get anyone to answer. Finally got a call back only to be told the shuttle only runs on the hour so we would have to wait another 20 minutes before the shuttle would even leave to head to the airport. We ended up taking a taxi. Then on departure we were told the shuttle will be ready at 7 AM. We arrived at the desk at 6:50 AM. Only to be told the shuttle would be departing at 7:10 AM at 7:20 AM. I went in only to be told that the shuttle driver was still seven minutes away. This is unacceptable. I will not stay at this property again and would like to be reimbursed for my taxi"

"Tiny and overpriced, with hardly any room to breathe. The location is excellent, which is really the only standout feature; it feels like a trade-off. Free breakfast was a small plate with 3 fixed things. We had to purchase things separately. Overall, I wouldn’t book it again. We visited on a quiet weekday, and even a basic upgrade cost hundreds of dollars."

"We were there for a quick overnight before a cruise. Got in really late so there wasn't anything open except for the IHop down the street. It was doable. "
