"This hotel was absolutely the best. Upon checking in, I was given a cup of rum punch. The rooms were excellent. The view was great. The location was wonderful. In fact, the Bayside marketplace was right across the street. We were able to do a few excursions at the Bayside marketplace. One bin, a sunset, champagne cruise. The pool wrapped around three sides of the building. They even had an area for you to sit that had indoor outdoor grass. The great thing about the pool area is you can order a cocktail and a bite to eat. I would definitely return. "

"Had a wonderful stay at Smart Brickell. Check in was smooth, front desk was sooo nice and super helpful. Our check in time supposed to be at 4pm but he provided us with a room earlier than that. He acknowledged that my son is getting cranky so he gave us a room way sooner. The room was stunning, super modern, spacious and clean. Definitely will stay here again when we go back to Miami and will surely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Just about everything from check in, room uniqueness, room tech smart controls (all on one tablet/iPad in the room), view from our window (can see cruise ships turning in the basin), cleanliness, room use of space (especially the bathroom) and the service of the staff was second to none.
