"Unfortunately the pool and pool deck were closed for renovations. We were not informed before we arrived and had paid extra for a pool view room with pool access. The reception staff were disinterested and just said that Hotels.com had been informed (which they hadn’t). The bar and restaurant staff were lively and very attentive. Overall, I would stay here again; the pool and pool area will probably be lovely when they renovate it. "

"One thing that really surprised me about this place: I took a taxi from the airport, a blue taxi if that makes any difference, and when I got to the hotel the driver said to take this receipt and the hotel will reimburse you. They did! Giving me $18 in cash. They also have a shuttle to and from the airport. "

"You pay parking even though is in property and not even gated or any kind of security. Says breakfast included but you have to pay $30 extra per person per night. On site it’s $13. Very shady practice with prices "

"Good hotel , convenient location, clean has a good pool, wish bar was a bit more active, breakfast sucks no effort to make a decent breakfast. Was there for 4 nights everyday same eggs and potatoes. Only two waffle machines takes forever to be able to make a waffle."

"Rooms did not reflect how nice the rest of the property was. The room I stayed in was very musty and the sheets felt damp. There was also mold starting on the ceiling of the room… No seating or furniture on the balcony off the room which was odd. Otherwise great property and staff is very helpful. Shuttle to the airport and even to cruise ports for $17 which was great. "
