"It is 5 minutes from the airport which is great however there isn't much around there so definitely rent a car. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice size but could have been cleaner. There were stains in the refrigerator, on the couch, and on the walls. It's not sound proof. You can definitely hear people in the rooms and the airplanes taking off. There arent black out curtains either. It was ok for a few nights but I wouldn't stay there again. It needs a face lift. Its dated but the bed was very comfortable. "

"Parking is ok. The washroom was bad , broken bathroom lights plastic covers which were about to fall down. Rusted bathroom tub with terrible stains. Cracked mirror , rusted towel holders . No support mattress. Weak internet connection. Need to go to main office to get wifi. "

"Room and lobby was updated and clean. Close to the airport. Our stay included a 24 hour airport shuttle which was very convenient and timely. "

"Shuttle from airport hard to get. Instructions say level 2 but it is really level 1. They know but make no effort to change it. Luckily we went closer to the first gate and got in because it was full after the second stop and others had to wait another half hour. Then on the shuttle to the cruise port we found out after we got there that there is no 11am on weekends which made it extremely stressful trying to get to the port on time. Luckily we jumped on the first shuttle that came because it was 15 minutes late (time we didn’t have) and many others had to wait for a second one. "

"It was very peaceful for us. Family of 3. Staff great, place clean, nice rooms. The games outside for families had broken pieces and made it difficult to enjoy but we made due. The "parfait" in the shop herb kitchen or whatever the name... it was rancid. Do Not Recommend. The breakfast buffet was nice and made the morning easy so we could get ready for our cruise we left for! I gave 5 stars based off the way we were treated from folks all the way around. Front desk managers... amazing! Thank you all"
