"I stayed the night before my cruise and I loved the hotel. My booking came with a meal credit due to my Expedia status, and the hotel gave my free breakfast as well. There is no airport or cruise shuttle, but it’s close enough to the Miami port to do an Uber."

"I booked this hotel because of its proximity to Miami International Airport, but the experience was very disappointing. I was told there was an airport shuttle, waited at the airport for quite some time, and eventually had to call the hotel only to be told there was no shuttle and that I should take an Uber. When I arrived, my room was located in the very back of the property and required walking outside through a dark area, which did not feel safe. In the morning, there was a roach running around in the bathroom , and one of the chairs in the room was extremely dirty. With two chairs in the room, it would have made more sense to remove the filthy one. The breakfast had very limited options and was underwhelming. My stay was only about 10 hours, and even that felt too long. Overall, the property felt grimy and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again and hope management addresses these issues for future guests."

"If you’re looking for a stress free transition from the tarmac to a solid night’s sleep, this is your spot. I had a great experience here; the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the jump, making the check-in process quick and painless, exactly what you need after a long flight. It’s a breezy 10-minute Uber from the airport. Entry is secured, and while self-parking comes with a fee, having it right in front of the hotel is a huge convenience win. Foodwise, they serve a solid breakfast in the morning to get you fueled up. While the dining area furniture is starting to show its age and could use a little love, the food itself was good and the service remained top-notch."

"Good hotel in a great area. 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. "

"The place was nice and the staff was friendly. The pool area needs some help. The tiles are loose and somebody can get hurt. The cushion for the chair's needs to be cleaned. Also microwaves needs to be on site. If not in the rooms at least in the lobby area. My room was clean and I was happy about that."

"Good location if you’re looking for a place to stay if you’re going on a cruise the next day. Accommodations are modern. You should have knowledge how to use Apple technology because everything in your room is run off an iPad. Staff is available but you’re expected to check in/out on your own. Shower and toilet in one space so dry off well in the shower before you get out or follow after your husband with towels so no one slips in the room … that’s how tight the floor space is. Lol. Will come here again for sure if we cruise out of Miami. "
