"The property was updated and spotless. The pool and waterfall feature was algae stained. There was not enough chairs or loungers in pool area. No bar service at pool. Had planned to have our evening dining at the Tavolo restaurant however found out it was only open for breakfast or lunch so we had to scramble to find alternatives. Front desk staff and concierge could not provide any good suggestions for dinner. Website did not mention it was closed for dinner. For the money we paid id do more research and go somewhere else next year. "

"I traveled with my family from Maryland to Miami for a cruise. We planned to stay at a hotel for two nights before the cruise departure. Since it was our first time visiting Miami, we wanted to find a place that felt safe and had good online reviews, which is how I decided to book the Residence Inn. At first, I blamed myself for not doing enough research because the hotel was about a 30-minute drive from the Miami cruise port and roughly 20 minutes from the airport. However, once we arrived, I immediately felt relieved and welcomed. The location turned out to be great, with many places within walking distance. Overall, we were very pleased and happy with our stay."
