"Very clean! Friendly staff, I came from a cruise very early and was able to leave all of my luggage. They even offered me breakfast. One thing I will say is they only offer airport shuttle after 9 AM so if you have an early flight, it won’t work for you. Same with breakfast it starts at 7 AM. Other than that I loved how clean this hotel was."

"I had an excellent stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton at Dolphin Mall. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk team made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The suite itself was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. I loved having the full kitchen, which made it easy to prepare quick meals. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in keeping the rooms in top condition. One of the highlights of this hotel is its perfect location. Being right next to Dolphin Mall makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores just a short walk away. It’s also an easy drive to Miami International Airport and other attractions in the area. The complimentary breakfast each morning was fresh and offered a great variety of options. The evening social hour was also a nice touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of great service, clean and comfortable suites, and an unbeatable location makes Homewood Suites by Hilton at Dolphin Mall a fantastic place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Miami area."

El departamento y los muebles de la cocina se perciben algo antiguos y podrían beneficiarse de un mejor mantenimiento y limpieza; por ejemplo, la cocina estaba en mal estado, la refrigeradora se veía algo desgastada y en la mesa notamos algunos insectos pequeños. Asimismo, los pasillos se observaban antiguos y con cierta falta de limpieza, lo que nos generó algo de incomodidad, especialmente porque estábamos con niños. Como aspectos positivos, destacamos que el lugar cuenta con estacionamiento, está muy cerca del aeropuerto y tiene varias tiendas alrededor, lo cual resulta bastante conveniente."

"Me & my husband decided to stay a day early before leaving for a cruise. Soon as we walked into our room we were greeted by a lizard on the wall. No one came to help. The beds were hard to sleep on. A new paint job is definitely needed. The worst part, there is NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER AT ALL!!! The price of the hotel should be way less than what they charged. "
