"We were greeted by Lynn. She was the night concierge and was cheerful, intelligent, helpful and kind. One elevator did not work, the fitness center did not have any equipment that was in perfect working order other than the dumbbells. The swimming pool was great. Hot tub was nice and warm. "Checking in the evening a plus for me. From the area to spend one night. Hotel room was clean and orderly. Liked the bathroom neatness and the outside sink. Airconditioning pleasant and easy to adjust. Coffee maker a plus. Good lighting options as well. Thankyou for this pleasant stay."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Arya Hotel. Really loved the pool and the views. Please remind your front desk staff NOT to mention the guest room number out loud at check-in, especially for a woman travelling alone. Better to just point to the room number on the key holder. Another nice touch would be to explain that a key is needed in the elevator to reach the guestroom floor. Thank you."

"Unfortunately on Sunday after being out for about 5/6 hours we came back to our room at 5pm to find it had not been serviced. It was a very busy weekend due to events in the area, the focus seemed to be on cleaning room for incoming guests not the current guest. We were not impressed."

"The rating overall was Excellent! The staff in the bar was sub par! About 12 people in bar and 3 people working. After waiting 20 minutes for service we left very frustrated. We went up to bar and bar tender brushed us aside saying someone would come. She did but was extremely rude"

"I didn't have the opportunity to use the laundry. Room design is beautiful and functional. GYM will be better if a little bigger i.e. aprox.100 sq/ft more and modern weight lift machine. Every single interction with staff was outstanding. Sepecially during check-in and check-out. I will have no hesitation in recommending it, as a matter of fact I will insist for anyone to test it. "
