"Restroom towel hooks and hangers coming out if the wall/not secure. No toilet paper holder and cleanliness was okay. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was not working and laundry dryer was not drying clothes thoroughly (only had 1 washer and 1 dryer). Staff was very friendly."

"Property overall was ok but guest service were not very helpful with issues. Tv wasn’t working and room that a family member in our party got was not what they requested so they had to sleep on the floor because no rooms were available to change them into. Not only that but they were informed they would not get their money back, completely unacceptable. Also only 1 elevator was working which made wait times crazy and the stair layout was not the best if you wanted to try and get to your room from the lobby! Really unhappy about our experience! "

"my 2nd time here. room was very confortable, though i wish it had a hand held shower head in the shower. breakfast had a good bit of options. friendly staff, and thr hotel is so near to dolphin mall you could walk to it"

"Breakfast was very basic. If you arrive early, it was that which I expected. The issue would be arriving after 8am. A line develops that takes a long time to get food. A big part of this is that there is an out of date pancake maker that, literally, takes like 10 minutes to make 10 pancakes. This clogged the line for everyone. It would be better to put this device away from all the other food so the waiting didn't have that residual affect for all that didn't want pancakes. There is a basketball court and a small pool with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was closed with caution tape. The pool is maintained but old and has plants around it. that gives the pool deck the appearance of being dirty and also allows for a lot of debris to enter the pool. We did not check out the gym. The parking was great as it was included and we could park relatively close to the room entrance. The room itself was very outdated. All things pretty old. There was a stale smell of mildew when you enter. The bathtub had stains which appeared to be from previous non-slip adhesive. But, it certainly didn't make you want to stay in the shower very long. Not sure if there are better rooms. The room did not have blankets, just sheets. We asked for a couple but were only give 1 a day later saying that is all they could spare. It appears that there are long term residents that live there. One guy was being evicted during our stay. I can't complain too much as it was cheap and we had low espectations. "
