This was our 5th stay at this lovely hotel and definitely not our last. The staff are amazing, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great and included in the price. Looking forward to our next visit.

Hotel Adelaide stay
Pleasant staff, who made the stay enjoyable. The room was clean, breakfast was good. I did feel the parking situation could be improved, or at least be kept informed of when a space became available or you have the added cost of parking fees. Oh and if your a light sleeper remember ear plugs for Heathrow airport lol I did enjoy the view of the planes preparing to land from the bedroom window throughout the day and night lol

Nice location for visiting Windsor, but getting into the car park should be much easier. I was not aware on arrival I could not enter until the reception desk lifted a barrier. I had to get out of the car (on a one lane street at a corner) to ask for the barrier to be lifted. Not acceptable.

Nice stay but…
Really enjoyed Windsor. Hotel was a little further from the center than I thought. The room was very clean and comfortable but I feel we should have been told prior to booking that our room wasn’t in the actual hotel - it was in a separate building across the car park which my 5 year old called the ‘garage in the car park’. Felt on check in that they were a little blasé about this. One other negative was the planes…directly under the approach flight path to Heathrow!!
