Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. The Mitre is a great old hotel, with loads of character. The location is fantastic for all amenities and the staff are very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location is superb, quiet at night with excellent access to restaurants & underground. Bonus is a car park £15 per day. Staff is exceptionally nice. Food is great too. This is my n-th stay there.

Quiet room before traveling the next day was a must and the Renaissance didn’t let us down. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy.

This is a really lovely property to stay in. Room was great, well maintained and very clean. Plenty of space and the bathroom is great. Continental breakfast is more than enough and a cooked one is available with an additional cost. Great location, very quiet and walkable from Richmond. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a concert at Hammersmith and chose this place as it was close to the venue. The staff were all very friendly and the room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend staying here if you need to be in the Hammersmith area
