"Overall we enjoyed the stay there. The only downside was that the room AC had a musty, mildew smell that made our room not smell that great. The AC was also not controllable to a point were it would continue to pump out cold air despite turning the thermostat temperature up. We ended up having to turn off the AC and turn it on again throughout the trip to make things comfortable for us. We informed maintenance and they came to inspect he problem, but did not seem to do anything that fixed it."

The main issue was the temperature of the room stayed around 74 degrees and the concierge who harassed about prestige then got really upset when I had to get mad and tell him no we were not going through presentation.
