We arrived early from our trip, they were able to let us check in and get into our room really as soon as we got there. We took their free shuttle to the airport. They also let us check out late and that worked out perfectly with our flight time. Area was quiet. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable

The people at front desk were very nice. But the room was not very clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the mini fridge wasn't cleaned out. The beds were comfy and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient (leaves every 30 mins!). I might consider staying again, but I wasn't overally impressed. Especially for $250 a night

Clean nice surprise, running teens on the outdoor hall were loud but other then that it was good.

Room is fine. Issues are: noise bleed - an alarm went off in another room that wasn't being turned off (likely empty) and amenities - would like to see body lotion

The reception staff friendly and so helpful. Bed is very comfortable and room is large, Free airport shuttle makes this the perfect location to stay near the airport.

This little hotel was clean and comfortable the staff is extremely friendly and helpful We had a great night's sleep I can't believe how clean it was . The shuttle to and from yvr airport was very convenient. However, our room was not the cleanest. The carpet smelled quite badly and the sheets & blankets were smelly. We had to ask the front for new sheets and blankets because of this. I dont know if other rooms had the same problem but the smell was pretty bad...
