"The room was nice and big, very clean! They cleaned everyday while we were there. Texted us to make sure we were satisfied and if anything was needed. ERIC & AMY we're quick on getting us extra coffee and trash bags to our room when we asked for them!! Main pools are really nice and big! Staff was very friendly at the restaurant, totally recommended! Beautiful Resort!! Perfect 5!!"

"Overall, it was wonderful. The things we liked the most: Courteous staff, fruit and cucumber water in the lobby, breakfast selections, location near the zoo, botanical gardens and a museum, free shuttle to and from the airport. The things we did not like: toilet and tub drain we not draining properly. When they brought someone to repair, there was a language barrier and it did not get resolved. We also found a bogus charge to our room, but the front desk resolved that nicely."

"Great amenities. The cafe and the restaurant downstairs were convenient, but the hot tub wasn't working the first night (it wasn't hot). It gradually became warmer as the weekend continued. Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, museums, and the basketball stadium (Mortgage Stadium)."
