"The woman who checked us in was fantastic! We required a refrigerator. She arranged it! We had our service dog, she provided us with a water bowl and bottles of water. I needed extra towels. She provided them. She was above and beyond what we expected. As for cleanliness, we had clean sheets and over all the room appeared clean but I wouldn't recommend walking on the floors in your bare feet, as this was an impromptu trip, I didn't have my slippers so by morning my feet were black. "The property was nice, clean and close to downtown. I would say the negatives would be that it is located in a flight zone. We could hear the airplanes constantly, construction all around at this time. Noise from construction starts at 7. I wish there was a television in the bedrooms.
