Chambre sous-classée par rapport à la réservation et on nous a fait changer de chambre 4 fois en 18 jours, sous prétexte que d’autres clients en avaient besoin. Et ils nous appellent pour nous demander où nous sommes pour faire les changements de chambre alors que nous sommes là pour profité de notre séjour.
