We arrived at the hotel off a cruise ship around 9am - well before the official check in time. However, the staff allowed us to move in to our room immediately: a kindness much appreciated by my wife who was feeling rather unwell. While she rested, I found much of interest as I wandered around the neighborhood and was impressed with the quality and scale of amenities there. With the SkyTrain station only a block away, I think this would be a great base for visiting Vancouver.

Excellent value for money for our large family group. Close to many bars, restaurants and the shopping centre. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and cheerful. Hotel felt secure and safe. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.

We had a lovely 3 night stay it was a lovely hotel and easy access to the metrotown transit station. Had a lovely pool.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and only wish we’d had longer to enjoy the hotel! We arrived a little early at around 3pm, so our room wasn’t quite ready yet as check-in was from 4pm. When we returned later that evening, we were absolutely delighted to find that we’d been upgraded to a stunning harbour view room. Really enjoyed the hotels location.on the harbour...a nice walk to Stanley park..had a nice pool area but was always too busy to actually get a sun bed.

Perfect in every way

Everything was really nice about the hotel. The staff were friendly, professional and was always available to help. The whole hotel was very clean. I could not fault anything.

Nice hotel conveniently situated close to warerfront Station. The hotel was quite on our floor and our roon was a corner suite with great views. The use of the pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi was handy in the evenings when we got back from trips. All the staff in both the hotel and pool were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend it..

The hotel and staff are faultless, absolutely no complaints and the welcome was exceptional. What didn’t i like - you have to be wary on the streets in downtown, like any major city I guess.

Room

My room was nicely outfitted, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed for a short stay. The room seemed pretty well sound-proofed. I'm a classical musician and travel for work, so need to be able to do some playing in the room. I do try to keep it pretty quiet, but the room itself could use some dampening, either with carpet or more soft furnishings. I realise this is very niche, but figured it was worth the mention. It would be nice to be able to talk/cook...
