The overall accommodation is very modern, clean and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and the food at the restaurant was excellent

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Steps from LGA, shuttles very 20 minutes, clean, very comfortable beds and great amenities- caters to travelers and the have thought of everything

I stayed for 5 nights witk my kids, we all loved it. Times square 30min bus ride, reception open till late, very clean, quite part of Jersey. We were wandering in the night, to see Manhaten across the river. I well recommend it for families who spend the lively Newyork day time and a quite restful night. The breakfast is good, kids loved it. Excellent experience, staff are available for bits of suggestions.

Amazing views of central park. Best view in the city

Great location with bus and ferry to Manhattan just outside the hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed.

The hotel was very close to Central Park which was so cool. The staff were friendly and we loved the junior suite! Overall I would rate my stay as 4.5 out of 5

Absolutely gorgeous room! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus after travelling so far. The room was enormous and beautifully done up. There was a swimming pool but we didn’t end up using this. Very convenient for travelling to MetLife and American Dream. If I was in the area again, I would most definitely book this hotel without question.

Overall good experience

Great location, clean rooms with very friendly staff.

Best hotel I have stayed at in New York from the staff to the gym to the small details they really go above and beyond. It’s pricy but you really are getting a luxury modern experience.

i asked for a great empire view since it was my partner’s first time in NYC and boy did they deliver! We got a room on the 35th floor (3505) and it was probably the best hotel room i’ve ever stayed in when in NYC. incredible view and the hotel is great - both location and comfort are on point! I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for that extra special stay while in the city

.

Can’t fault this place. Decor a little dated but all so clean. Breakfast was great. Bus every ten minutes to Manhattan - stop is literally across the road. Fantastic value!

"Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. Our night at the hotel was delightful, the staff was extremely friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. I truly look forward to our next visit. Thank you again!"
