"The property grounds were beautiful. My husband loved the flamingo that were on sight. The pool was closed so that was a disappointment . Overall this hotel is a 9/10. The rooms need updating. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Bathroom was tiny. But we would definitely stay here again. We didn’t spend much time in the room. Also earlier check in time without the $40 early check in fee would be great! "

"This property has multiple dining options, including a very large dining hall that has full breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. There are definitely healthier, delicious options which is nice to have on vacation. There is a Starbucks on location as well (no mobile order option however, lines are very long in the AM). So convenient. Shuttles to and from the Universal locations very frequently. Or you can take the walking path from the resort which takes approx. 17 minutes to Universal CityWalk...

"Property is close to major theme parks like Discovery Cove, Sea World, Disney, and Universal. The fees and food/drink prices were egregious!"

"The casino and hotel room was good. Just walking around the casino the smoke in the air was too much which was causing me headaches and not wanting to stay downstairs to gamble."
