"There were a fair amount of unhoused people in the surrounding blocks. I came to visit the museum which was in walking distance from the hotel but the staff said it was not safe to walk and to take an uber ( I agreed and I did) "

"Hotel is in a great location, with onsite parking, however $40 to park for hotel guests per day is excessive in my opinion. The location is great for walking to attractions like Pier 39 and the Alcatraz ferry. Breakfast was amazing with alot of selection! It gets very busy though, so get there early. The only real negative comment is that I had to fight to get them to honor my Expedia VIP benefit for a parking credit, and as of yet, i still have not received a credit back on my Visa. Otherwise this was a great stay! "
