Since the moment we arrived, staff was nice, kind and helpful. Room was super clean and quiet. Beautiful views. 5 min walk to cable car, 10 min walk to bus station, 20 min walk to subway, or you can caugh the cable car, 2 blocks from the hotel and the last stop is just in front of the subway station (it's like a 5 min ride, by the way very fun). We decide to use public transportation, because is really easy to do, to avoid the suffering of finding parking. The valet parking is $72 per night which can be a little over price but at least our car was secure all the time and you can go in and out as many times you want. Before I booked this hotel I read some complaints about the breakfast. In my very personal opinion, I don't think is expensive at all. The menu is really varied and good... I ate one of the best and big french toast I ever have and was only $16 or $18 But if you want something more cheap you can just grab a croissant, with fruit or oatmeal and pay arounf $8. You have the option to combine what you want and there are plenty alternatives. Overall for us was an excellent experience. We were visiting one of my sons who attends college there and he point us with walkable locations such us MOMA, Lombard street and a lot of shops and malls about 25 min walking distance. Hope this review help others decide their best opctions !!!! Good luck!

This is a luxury hotel but with reasonable prices. The vibe was very cool and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very nice and we had great views of the city and bay. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great area. The property condition exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic city view from our room although it did result in a large amount of street noise. Overall we had a great stay and would definitively return.
