The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and obliging There were two functioning elevators, which were working, and there was never a long wait. The hotel was close to, as well as a flat walk to all that Fisherman's Wharf has to offer for entertainment and dining options.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff members. Only suggestion is to turn the hot water temperature down a couple of degrees to avoid burning hands, and to increase the length of the shut-off timer on the bathroom light. Lights go out when showering.

Perfect spot in Fishermans wharf. Within walking distance to most everything in the wharf area. Great for pre cruise stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful

The breakfast is at 630a worth early wake up! Pier is 2 blocks just go around the corner. Muni line #28 will take you the Golden Gate bridge. The #8 to Chinatown. Alcatraz night tour a must do. Lyft and Uber outfront and a 🍸 bar across the street. Regular ⛽️ 5.39 per gallon

Stayed here many times. Very convenient to the pier and shopping area. There are many restaurants close by. Only issue this time was having a room on the Main Street side. Noisy and heard the trolley go by often, people and street noises. Had to get up earlier for a flight.
