The staff who came to our room to change and tidy up everyday was so nice, and put my daughter’s stuffies in our bed nicely. We appreciate her hard work. ☺️

We arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM, well after the stated check-in time of 3 PM. Despite having a four-year-old child exhausted from a long day of travel, the front desk was unhelpful and insisted on a one-hour wait for our room. The manager was equally unhelpful. The hotel's bathrooms are small and the rooms outdated. It was an overall unpleasant experience."

Great location near Chinatown and North Beach. Oh, Masion Nico (cafe) at 710 Montgomery Street is by far the best pastries and coffee in SF. Expect a line out the door but well worth the wait.

We had a nice stay. The rooms are nice but there isn’t much insulation between rooms so it was easy to hear what was going on in the halls and adjoining rooms. The cleaning staff was very nice and friendly.

Great affordable hotel in the financial district. However the sensor on the hotel room door was not working. We had to call the front desk twice until someone arrived to fix it and let us into our room. A small inconvenience that added to an already long day. Otherwise the hotel and facilities were were very good. The room was beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely view of the bay.
