The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and clean we also had a great city view, the only thing I didn't like was the cleaning lady in the morning was very loud outside our room but other than that everything else was excellent.

Hospitality is a fundamental expectation of hotel front desk staff, and your team exceeded that expectation. After a long trip, it was refreshing to have your staff be so welcoming and warm Great location with easy access to public transportation and just a few blocks from Lombard St. the room was a bit small but everything else was great
