The front office staff was rude, first they couldn’t find my reservation and then they found it and the front office staff said it was for a different day and that they would cancel the reservation at no cost if Expedia called them, when the front office staff didn’t receive the call from Expedia, they threatened to beat me and my boyfriend up, they acted very homophobic towards me & my boyfriend, I requested a full refund

one hot shower in four days…headboard literally peeling like it had been attacked by a cat. The people are great, the restaurant and bar are great, the lobby is grand, but no hot water is ridiculous. The gym is small, hot and without windows.
Room was very clean and nicely outfitted. Comfortable bed, clean linens and plenty of towels in the shower. I liked all the lamps and furnishings to make it feel homely. Probably the best part is the room is soundproof. I couldn’t hear doors closing or people talking in the hallway, which made for a great nights sleep. Location is central to everything. I recommend this hotel.
@$350/night plus tax I expected hot water. Convention was in town so rates where elevated but all they offered was to remove a $40 night fee (not aware of) as compensation. Each day they said it would be fixed, Other guests in elevator stated they had same problem. Maybe I should have got upset to force a more fair rate, which would have been in $250 range. I would not go back!
