Great location near the BART. Brief walking distance to Union Square and easy access to the rest of San Francisco. Would stay again!

All in all things were very good for the reason we stayed there. My only issue was during check in, the lady that checked us in was very dismissive and unpleasant. I understand that the check in time was 4pm and it was 2:30pm but I approached the situation to see if the room was ready and that's where things became unpleasant. My wife and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and both our birthdays, so starting out in this manner didn't sit well. We checked our bags with the bellhop and continued on until the room was ready. Other than that, we had a great time and the rooom, rest of the hotel was great. I recommend the cocktail lounge that presents a beautiful view of the sunset across the city skyline.

Hospitality was very responsive. We were at the airport when I realized my wallet with all IDs and credit cards were missing. Called the hotel. They put me through to housekeeping, who went to our room and found my wallet. Then lost and found arranged for a company car to get my wallet to the airport. All in time for boarding. What a relief. Extremely thankful to the hotel staff in responding to a crisis situation.

The staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming. Everyone from the person who checked me in to the staff in the View and the downstairs shop. The hotel has a great 2 Floor gym and my room was spacious. If there one’s only thing I wish could improve and that’s the room sound-proofing. Although the room does come equip with a sort of white noise machine. I certainly would come back to this hotel if I visit San Francisco again.
