Love the hotel, location, and extremely charming room looking out the main street. As a cat lover, Skittles was a highlight as well as the coffee shop across the street. Definitely staying back at the Golden Gate Hotel in the future.

This was a lovely quaint hotel that had a lot of history behind it. It was my first time staying in a shared bathroom situation but it was actually quite painless and lovely! Also their hotel cat is the cutest little helper and she slept with me all nights I stayed ❤️ I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it except free breakfast ...

Loved staying there. Was quiet. Free breakfast good but exactly the same offerings for 5 days was a little disappointing. Bacon, eggs, bread (hard), cheese slices, 3 cereals, juices, cheap yogurt, coffee and milk.

Ein charmantes, super sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir hatten die Zimmer im Keller mit geteiltem Badezimmer. Der Preis ist unschlagbar, die Zimmer sehr schön, sehr ruhig, flausisches Bett, das sehr saubere Bad im Flur... wirklich empfehlenswert für den kl. Geldbeutel. Das Frühstück gibt's im Hotel nebenan und war sehr lecker 😋 Es gibt die Hauskatze Skittles, von der wir im Foyer auf dem Tresen empfangen wurden 😻

Utmärkt boende i centrala San Fransisco.

Ett mycket prisvärt och bra boende. Skön säng och kuddar, tyst och lugnt torska att hotellet ligger centralt. Hotellet är mycket charmigt med en trevlig och snäll huskatt som stryker runt på hotellet. Vårt rum hade dusch och toalett som var kompakt men funktionellt.

Amazing hospitality at the Golden Gate Hotel. The staff is friendly and prompt to help customers. Ares were clean and cozy. Enjoyed the tea and coffee provided and the smooth link with the next door partner hotel for breakfast and after-hours check-in. Overall a lovely experience, including a beautiful car who is the soul of the place. Thank you!
