Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

First time staying at the OWO and I have to say it did not disappoint

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

We were so impressed with our hotel. First and foremost ALL staff were extremely genuine, friendly and helpful. We had a swift check-in while drinking a free glass of champagne and eating chocolate brownies! Our room had been recently renovated and very spacious - superb bathroom with a large shower and beautiful tiled floor. Lovely hotel and the staff were great.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of London Bridge is a gem of a boutique hotel, The Lalit. The old school has been transformed into fabulous high ceilinged bedrooms and a must see dining room: the restoration has done this building proud. On a boiling hot and sticky day in London the accommodation provided an oasis of calm, noise free and air conditioned. I loved it.

Overnight stay for Valentine’s Day. Room upgraded on arrival. Complimentary chocolate and cookies at reception. Plenty of references to the buildings history (magistrates court and prison) - ask a member of staff for guided tour! ‘Spoiler Alert’ look out for the handcuffs on the chandelier in the entrance lobby. Hotel spotless, and staff keen to be if service. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked for another night !

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Greaqt room and good service with excellent staff

We stayed for the theatre. It was really great for location with everything within walking distance. Room was lovely and clean and shower hot. Good bar downstairs with comfortable seating to relax

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful. A wonderful stay and would recommend to all.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location for westend. Convent garden The mall and trafalgar square. Next door to charing cross station. Rooms ideal. Bathroom great. Hotel.old but loads of character. Staff amazing Fantastic choice of breakfast. Beds very comfy. Toiletries supplied. Snacks and water supplied.

The epitome of the perfect hotel. Nothing we have stay with comes close to the perfection of this hotel.

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.
