"1) Breakfast was very good. 2) Staff were not helpful. 3) Room was clean but the telephone did not work even though we informed them 2 times and was not fined. Also we asked for extra towels twice but never received them."

"Usually great, but on this trip the pool was closed off, the kitchen wasnt serving their indian breakfast items, and they never brought out my cook to order dish so I felt ripped off. These are the things that justify paying extra for this place for me and I didnt get them on this trip. Front desk didnt really care"

"Nice hotel. Extremely convenient location. Close to train, coach and underground stations. Also near Buckingham Palace and other local attractions. Very helpful staff and a decent daily breakfast. Beware the small beds and train noise!"

"the hotel staff here was incredible. we get there to check our bags in and it was the kindest group of people. and my travel partner had a small medical issue and the staff went above and beyond to provide some medical supplies. the kindest and most wonderful people work at this hotel. the room was great. i cannot wait to stay here again. everyone from the bartenders to the room service staff? all incredible. i had a wonder stay here. "I thought the staff was excellent. I was particularly impressed with Saish, the restaurant- manager in the evening. We ate most dinners at the hotel. Saish was helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the attractions and provided us with a unique insight into places to visit and how to best reach the different destinations over our five night stay.
